Apollo runs in your organisation's own Microsoft 365 tenant, so you decide where your data sits. Apollo is integrated with Microsoft Word, with robust integration with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Who can see what?
Each person has a defined role, such as Author, Reviewer or Approver, with layered permissions and visibility controls. You can restrict or open access as needed. Apollo supports confidential items and confidential bundles, and late items when needed.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Apollo keeps a full history of edits, approvals and submissions, for accountability and compliance. Every approval keeps its history, and every resolution is recorded with its meeting, associated item, author and outcome.
